I made an appointment in June 2023 where I specifically stated I have a broken tooth that needed to be pulled at that appointment.. Appointment comes and I am taken back, X-rays are taken. The dentist confirms the tooth is cracked all the way to the root, however, they only had time for a cleaning that day. Now, I am waiting until my next appointment on December 26, the earliest they could get me in, with pain radiating through my face and an emergency room trip for antibiotics, because I am almost 100% sure it is now infected. I am so incredibly disappointed and in terrible pain. I told them the tooth would need to be pulled when I scheduled the initial appointment, so why wasn't it taken care of, then I would not have to deal with the pain and issues it is causing.
