Inhalers absolutely were and I believe are being stolen from the cascade location and I would like to have this issue corrected, patients are being put at risk when medications they need are being stolen by employees because they have inside and direct access to these items. Unfortunately my PC isn't allowing me to upload the photo I have of the inhaler that was stolen May of this year but I can provide the LOT number. This employee currently still works within the Kaiser system and myself and a few other patients and employees that are aware of this issue would like this employee terminated. Physical evidence is and can be provided.

Desired outcome: Due to theft asa well as putting patients at risk for not being able to have medication on site, we have asked that this employee be terminated. We will be following p with the CEO pertaining to this issue.
