WE GOT THERE 02-21-20 AND LEFT 02-23-20
This stay was the worst experience ever, we came up to Tacoma for my sons boxing tournament and when we checked into the hotel there was $100 cash deposit and we had no clue about that, once we got into our room was gross the sheets where not clean, the bathroom still had urine in the toilet the TP was half gone, the bathtub had hair all over it, the light for
above the sink is falling apart, the bed is broke you sit on it and the bed sinks in and you cant sleep on it, the blinds for the window looks like it has blood splatters all over it, the curtains to the window you have to pull apart because they are broke. Also the people next door to us have
people coming in and out every 15 min from 9pm to 2 or 3am, the people below us blare there music all night long. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the whole room and i cleaned it myself we bought new sheets for the bed and we didn't shower the whole weekend. I told the
hotel staff and they said the room was clean and the bed was fine and basically for us to deal with it the security guard is always on his phone. I'm so pissed and i feel like i should get my money back because this was crap. Only could sleep on one bed, son kept on getting woke up . All of it was bad and O my 12 year old son saw three people smoking weed and one person smoking out of a crack pipe. THE REMOTE HAD THE BACK MISSING FROM IT AS WELL. IT WAS SUCH A BAD STAY AND WE COULD'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR THEY WOULD KEEP THE $100 PLUS THE AMOUNT FOR THE STAY. I HAVE MORE PICTURES AS WELL
