KinderCare Education - Alleged child abuse

These people are very vindictive and will retaliate if you complain about their care. I've told them plenty of times how to change the baby's diaper due to eczema and they never followed the directions. They left my baby in soaked diapers for what appears to be hours. My baby always had terrible diaper rashes and marks to which i'd ask where they came from, and then the would all act like they didn't know or blame eachother.

There was another time where they had put soooooo much cream on the genital area that it was all inside my child! That was on my a couple of wks of her being there. I had to take her to the emergency room to assure that she was ok. There is soooooo much to go on but i'm going to keep it short. I know that I should've pulled her out but as a single mom, with no family help at the time, I had to figure things out.

I told them that if my baby had one more rash, that i'd report them. Marcie, the director, apologized and I thought we settled it. Anyway, it seemed to get better then got worse really quick. After work, I went to pick up, there was a police car waiting and I thought to myself, oh my god! They finally did something to my baby! But they wanted to speak to me. Apparently, marcie, and a couple of the teachers there, michelle, zoe and one other teacher that was in the infant room told the police that i've abused and neglected my child.

I was enraged as, this baby is my universe and everyone there knew that I was a mama dragon when it came to my baby. They said that the was a mark on the babies back, but I just bathed my child and didn't see anything before I took her there. My baby does have bad eczema but the police said it was a faint bruise and said that the teachers told him that a "new man" in my life had done it. This was quite laughable because this person they speak of was my fiance for years and was there through my pregnancy and everything.

Anyway, the police didn't seem to believe them because he told me to take the baby home and warned about cps and how to clear this mess that these vile woman made. I saw my baby's back and saw rashes and eczema. Took her to two doctors and they declared it was a type of eczema that she had that changes colors when flares or healing. Eitherway, it's been cleared now, but I really feel that they were being vindictive and something was going on.

As a nurse, I could've lost my license for their disgusting behavior. They made up the lies just so that they can cover up their abuse and neglect!
