23131 Bothell Everett Hwy Suite B, Bothell, WA 98021 I reserved an appointment on 09/06/22 at 7:40pm for my daughter to get physical using Medicaid. A person on the phone was telling me that we can't use that insurance to pay for physical. I asked if I can do a self pay, she said it is an insurance fraud to do that and have to take my daughter to primary physician to do physical. I said, I only have a few days till sports event due date and has to get her in today. I asked her few times if she is sure we are committing fraud here and she said was sure and cancelled our appointment. Discrimination at it's best, no other explanations. Explain what clause and regulations constitute a fraud for using Medicaid for children at any US clinics. What law states that children must see primary physician only?
