Dooney & Bourke

I've always been a dooney fan until I tried to place an order mothers day. I asked the billing department why my order didn't go through and was told that I place an order in February which I did but never received and my money was returned with no explanation I was told that I filed for fraudulent which I did not said that I should speak with my bank I did they didn't see where I had filed for fraud cause if I had my card would have been canceled which it was not. Not sure why they would say this happened and now they are making sure that I can't order at all. I want them to clear this up and apologize for their error
