Premier Parking Enforcement [PPE]

Yesterday (02/11/23) Their employee with the STUTTERING problem. STOLE our purses out of our truck. We TRACKED him from our other phone, caught him at another parking a lot going through the purses. We dinged our phone I guess it must've startled him. He left and went back to where we were originally parked to " return our stuff that he said he found on the ground". Not knowing we were following him the whole time and watched him in that parking lot. We have it all on video. GAVE THE VIDEO TO THE POLICE!
