My name is Marlon Hoy. My lawyer advised me to write this written complaint and try to find a formal resolution... I was bit by a spider and to go to the hospital I can send a picture because of the state of the room was so dirty I have a chunk of arm missing and I can attach the medical paperwork. I would like to get a week credit as that's what I owe the hospital or you can pay the bill. If not I'll blast social media and escalate with my lawyer I dont want to be rude but this happened and put me out of work
