Chicken Express - Food missing from order rude personal not just once but 3 times.

I usually go to the chicken express in college but attended meetings in the city of Bryan Texas ordering was a problem due to so much noise with employees laughing and chatting about personal issues. Finally placed order. After returning to office the order was not mine. Had nothing I ordered. Reported to “ manager “over the phone was put on hold and phone hung up.

Desired outcome: Better training many using cameras in side to avoid so many many problemsI’m a counselor at TAMU the store could show them how to run your business.TOTAL PRO

Chicken Express - Manager

I placed an order for 25 spicy tenders, I asked if I could have 5 of them regular (not spicy) they complied. Got home order was opposite of what I ordered. Called and the manager goes on to tell me that the employee shouldn't have taken my order that way, and that she's going to have to have a meeting with them about not taking orders like mine again. (For the record this was the first and only time I ever order this way) Anyway, I'm confused because I'm not understanding why she's telling me all this, I'm not one of her employees, I'm just a customer trying to get my order corrected. She then tells me to bring my order back so she can fix it. So I do, mind you this is in the middle of rush hour, plus I had to go through some road work in my area 😒. So I do, when I get there she proceeds to give me the same lecture about this will be the last time I will be allowed to place an order like this again. I'm like fine just fix my order please. I was polite, but I felt she was rude and unprofessional. Never once did I get an apology..

Desired outcome: I just wished she would've just apologized and fixed my order. my orderer.
