Azuma Leasing

On day of delivery was told would be here by certain time called in 3x explain never heard from driver. Driver called after hours stating personal problems and showed up 8hrs later. Dec 23 bank shows payment paid thru bill pay, Azuma shows not paid $58 then charged $137 paid it on spot and now without use of washer bc they remote in and turn off and then couldn't get it back on for 5 days and still waiting. They state can't have a tech out till 5 days later. I hate this company. I'm going to buy my own washer and dryer. If I saw these complaints ahead of this terrible experience I would have never lease from them. Oh and they takek pics of it but avoided taking pics of a dent he made rushing to install, they ask for ur social security number plus they charge you for renters insurance. I proved I added them to renters insurance to avoid that extra fee as well.. Beware of their tactics.
