On 8/25/23 at 8:31pm order 563ae2, order number 527 I ordered a grilled cheese dip taco deluxe. As you can see in the attached photo the taco shell was only about 25% filled. This order also includes a Chalupa supreme which is also shaped like a taco, thankfully it was field as it should be so I took both items and asked to speak to a manager. When I showed her both items she claimed not to see the difference in the two. So I asked her to point out the grilled cheese dip taco on the menu and tell me if mine look like the one in the picture, over and over she claimed that it looked fine to her before finally sarcastically saying that she would make another. So to show her displeasure she made one that was entirely covered in cheese then melted and was such a mess that I couldn’t even pick it up with my hands and had to eat it with a fork. At least twice a year at this Tullahoma Tennessee location this happens to me. Each time I talk to a manager and still it happens over and over. I tried multiple times to call the customer service number and hung up after waiting for someone to answer after 10, 12, 16 and finally this time I waited until someone answered and it took 21 minutes. And to make matters worse she could barely speak or understand English and ultimately was unable to help me. Is there something wrong with giving the customers what they pay for?
