Brakeworld.com is horrible. I purchased breaks and break lines from them. The break lines did not fit, so I mailed them back as instructed. After more than one year and many calls, John, would not call me back, or give me a refund. Brakeworld’s customer service is only handled by John, I could not speak to anyone else. I called the South Carolina Attorney General’s office, they were very helpful, John at brakeworld would not call them either. John is awful, worst customer service I ever had, no response or refund. Step on the gas John. It has been since 2010. And please don't tell me something ridiculous like "We will give you a store credit" or "I have been sick for the last 8 months with a cold, sorry." I can scan the AG's information if anyone needs it.

I ordered parts from Brakeworld.com. I canceled the order that day because my mechanic would not use customer supplied parts. This was on June 13th. They have not refunded my money after promising to send a refund check. I have called about 10 times.
I am also waiting for a refund that will never show. The company is a rip off.
