Hello my name is Elizabeth Hayes I have recently applied for a loan with the Dillon SC office and have been treated with a tremendous amount of un fairness not to mention I was turned away 3 times because it was close to closing time and he didn't feel like doing my loan so late even after my loan had already been approved online. Finally I went in today and finally got service. My driver's license was expired 3 months but as you know it's difficult to get documents renewed due to covid and I just moved here to sc to take care of my ill father and I was going to get sc documents instead. So he tells me he can't take it so I told him I was going home to renew my dl's online and the confirmation that would print would that be acceptable. He says yes. So I go home get online pay $48.00 and get my license renewed, print out the paper and drive all the way back to the office gave it to him and he says he can't use it! Wow did he really just say this?! Yes he turned me away again! After everything I just went through getting the documents he said he needed he turns me away again. Mind you this paper says official document of the state of north carolina. So as the classy lady I am I politely get up and walk out quietly.
