I and my family members have had an unpleasant experience with the Manager on several occasions. Today the manager refused to give me my prescription because I was “Mean”! I called the 911 dispatcher and everything is on tape! I also called the local Police Department and they stated they have had numerous complaints about the Manager! I don’t have her name because she refused to provide it! I was calm and civil in trying to discuss a couple of concerns! She refused to give me my prescription just as she refused to fill my step daughters nausea meds from chemo on 06/09/2023 with one hour of operation left! I also spoke to a gentleman pharmacist that was fat from “Gentleman” like! I will be spreading the word in our small town! You may as well close the location because we WILL NOT put up with this abuse in our small community

Rite Aid location Clearfield PA. Was there three times to receive vaccine first two times they couldn't do it because of a computer glitch, nobody is ever kind or courteous with you there you are always greeted bye very rude unkind people, went down the third time was greeted by a doctor Smith who was the rudest of all that I've ever met there she proceeded to tell me that she didn't have to wait on me when I had told her this was the third time I had been there. If I could find another place that takes my insurance I would refuse to ever go back there.
