Beast? More like a 3 year old cry baby who cant get his way so he jump's up and down until he does. Well sir you should not have accepted the package like any normal human but you did so we didnt rip you off as you claim. The rest of the parts are in transit but your state was hit by Hurricane Harvey in the process, are you writing a complaint on God too? You come here to harm our company when you should be a few towns away from your residence assisting victims of Harvey! Oh I get it your brother plays for the Saints so your to good to give back. Im glad you posted these pictures because it makes you look like the fool you are and proves we didnt rip you off! Its called welcome to the business world of shipping and we would do whatever required to make your experience better but hard to do when you try to harm us, threaten us, etc instead of being an adult. We are not going back and fourth with you. Please contact our office to further remedy this issue.

To address this customer's false compliant which seems to be the only people who write on sites like this because its full of fools just like them. The customer David Kamau placed the order. Upon shipping Mr Kamau did not make the residents of the the property he was shipping anything to their address. FedEx stated the 100 people located at the address refused the carts delivery and it took 7 days to reach Mr Kamau to inform him FedEx Freight was attempting delivery and his so called friend refused the delivery. As you will see on the attached images the cart was delivered and accepted by the customer. Mr Kamau then used his own third party sea shipping company after we delivered the cart to him in Maryland and sent the cart to Kenya, it took over 2 months to reach Kenya and clearly was damaged during its 2 month sea trip across the world. We are not responsible for Damages caused by a third party company hired by Mr Kamau not associated with our company. We delivered the cart in pristine condition to Maryland. Not Kenya! False and misleading complaints harm lively hoods and businesses, also encourage others to accuse and second guess our company when the information they inquire is false written by ignorant person .We ask that current and future customers ignore this complaint and take our response and details provided by our company in consideration prior to taking the word of misleading individual.
