Camping World

Good Morning,

My husband and I purchased the coleman 17B trailer from the camping world in Medford Or. 2 to 3 weeks later, I watched an ad on tv during a nascar race offering a "starter" camping kit. we called our salesman and he said he would get back to us. but that promo was only for memorial weekend. which the ad is still running on tv. as of 6/12/2022. my husband called back and talked to the sales manager "peter" and he was extremely rude and said that we could not have the kit it was only for a memorial weekend promo only.. However, I have the commercial recorded. no where on the commercial does it say its only for memorial weekend, also, I watched the ad again on saturda during the nascar truck race again. all it states is "while supplies last"

when we purchased the unit we were told it was the last one they had on their lot. So I would think that they would have a "starter" kit still available..

we are good people, we work very hard, and had to save alot of money to purchase this adorable trailer, which we really love.. its perfect, but we are hoping that somehow you can hopefully provide us with the camping starter kit from the promotion..

we did purchase the trailer a few weeks before I had seen the promo on tv, but most companies will normally honor their promos if within the first 30 days of purchase..

if you do find it within reason to provide us with the starter camping kit, I would truly appreciate it. its not much to most people but would be an amazing perk for purchasing our camper.. and I can goto caping world in medford to pick up at anytime..
