Forest River - Slide issues / bent frame manufacturer defect

We purchased our Unit NEW in Spring of 2017. We received a TSB report that our Outriggers from our slide needed to be re-enforced and new Z riggers will need to be installed. We sent our unit in to be serviced from Alberta to British Columbia in the fall of 2017 to get the work done. Fast forward to 2020 and we closed up for the season, the Slide did not go all the way in. Sealed at the top but stuck out about 4 inches at the bottom. We took it in to get looked at at our local RV dealer. After they got in touch with Forest River and with further investigation it turned out that the proper Z riggers that were supposed to be installed in the fall of 2017 was never done. Once Forest River found this out they acted fairly quickly to courier the parts to Canada after confirming that the local RV dealer can install them. I then confirmed with Forest River that they would be covering the cost of the install and quickly replied "Forest River will be covering the cost of the install". We came to pick up the unit when it was ready and they told us that we needed to pay for 3 hours of labor ($447) as Forest River is only covering 6 hours. This was not what we agreed upon at all as per the email Forest River sent. The parts installed did not even fix the slide issue and we get stuck paying for labor. The RV technician that did the install came to the conclusion that the Trailer frame was defected from manufacturing and with the use of it it would have bent the frame overtime. He compared the unit to another of the same kind (Cherokee Grey Wolf) in the lot and showed us that the welding work on the frame was not on the other unit and was "fixed" by Forest River to sell. I have requested Forest River to contact me so we can discuss further and eventually was just ignored. Now we have a unit with a bent frame and is unable to be fixed and therefore is unable to be towed anywhere safely. This company really needs to be better with their customer service if their products they are supplying are built fast and cheap. A Canadian office would be helpful as well. (! have email correspondence and a receipt but unable to attach as they are PDF)

Desired outcome: At least funds paid back or replacement trailer
