I was In for the haircut today, the lady named Beth ckecked me in, one person was ahead of me, its Tuesday early afternoon, not busy at all. I didn’t check in online and asked her if I should, she said no. There was another stylist (manager Tonya) working on a customer. I wait. Beth was done with her customer and walks away after sweeping her station, didn’t come back for at least 15 minutes, I thought she went to the bathroom, then I thought she was having lunch, I wait. She comes in and starts to take out the trash and organizing things while I am trying to make an eye contact but saying nothing. The manager Is about to be done with her customer and tells the Beth: I will get her (meaning myself) there’s no one else waiting, so when the Beth is done with her customer she calls me over. There’s no small talk or any pleasant exchange, like she just had with previous customer, she is working in total silence, but she introduced herself. She does a good job, I pay plus tip, said thank you and left, but it left a sour taste in my mouth, why Beth has left, then appears and starts cleaning, is this more important than customer who is waiting for about half hour at this point, and it’s very slow, couldn’t she have done it afterwards? Is this because when she was checking me in she noticed my accent? Thought that the foreigners don’t tip? I have no idea, and would like to get some answers. I wouldn’t go to this location in the future, I will go to another couple of miles away.
Desired outcome: I would like to get an answer regarding this experience and non existent customer service
