I was working at sunrise senior living east meadow ny, I had a injury with 2 surgery on my left ankle since the last surgery I am being evicted unlawfully, treated by people, lawyers no good. Now I decided to the worker compensation board I didn't need lawyers now because too much stuff going on, someone switch my car policy, they was canceled my license and they took my car a way for me after I found out my plate involved in car crash accident. But the MES Solution keeps sent me paper for doctor appointment even I call the doctor office I tell them I don't have those lawyers names showing at the letter and I don't have no lawyers I try to contact my job sunrise senior living to speak to Tasha Rose she never back to me, this letter it's not for me, people used my identity to make false claim for motor vehicle accident. I don't have nothing to do with this doctor office, also I am in worker compensation not motor vehicle accident
