Upon check in we told by Aleena that our room was not ready (Room 125) and would not be for 2mote hours. She offered us a $100 credit and we agreed.
Once I got home I checked my credit card account and noticed I was charged $344.46 and an additional $100 by mistake. I called 4-5 times in order to get this resolved. I spoke to Ashton and Waris with no help at all. I called once again today and a gentleman at front desk said he refused to give me his name and was very rude, he would not let me explain and keep cutting me off. I have received the $100 mistake back into my account as well as the $100 security deposit but I haven’t received the $100 room delay credit that was promised.
