I am a customer and bought a course for PMP certification.Was promised that I will be made a pmi member and will need not pay any further money to pmi for pmp as my fees to nitro Infotech will cover that.
Now, when am all set to take the exam, these people have vanished somewhere, no response to mails .phones never reachable and I am left to pay again to make myself a pmi member and to pay again for taking the pmp exam.
They seem fraud to me.
What I want is a full refund as whatever was promised was not given in full.
I was promised that once I pay their fee($1000), they will take care of coaching, payment to pmi to make me a member and they will pay the exam fee.After I paid their fee in full and took the training.These people from nitro/bhavyam/Mycareer cube have disappeared.Despite repeated emails, there is no response, Am left to pay for pmi membership and the exam.
