I purchased tickets online for an event, believing that this was the primary ticket sales service for the venue and event. I paid for the tickets, and the tickets were not delivered either through online download, or email, or mail. My account indicated that the tickets were transferred, but they were not. A "download link" was not active. I only received an update about the event being delayed and rescheduled due to Covid.
I've emailed them multiple times with my purchase information and lack of ticket
delivery, and requesting a way to access my tickets. At one point I received an email saying that they would send the request to the Seller, but there was no guarantee that the Seller would support this. The "Seller" is MyTicketTracker.com and does not reply to any of my attempts at contact.
Every online review of Box Office Ticket Sales shows that this is a highly repeated issue for many people. Many, many people have sent money and not received tickets. The Better Business Bureau has also received many complaints for this very same issue. The company does not follow through, and does little to fulfill their commitment to supplying the products purchased.
Desired outcome: Investigated for fraud
Box Office Ticket Sales - Tickets to rangers game
Bought 6 tickets to rangers game, thought we were buying through the rangers official site but somehow got over to box office ticket sales. Paid way to much for them. Covid hit so we waited the season out for a refund. Fans were never able to go to the game, box office has still not sent a refund and is just replying with a automatic message if you email them saying we have to wait until they are doing refunds.
