Food Lion - Y’all need a cop or security on site

Today, may 18 th, at/around 4:35 pm. I went to 1st self checkout.. All of a sudden a black woman from a different self checkout started cussing me, raising her voice and making a scene. I didn’t say anything at first because it’s low class to make a scene in public, but she kept on. The place was packed with people, so i’m not gonna let anyone run me over, but technically that’s what she ends up doing. I guess she didn’t like that I was taking up for myself and she walks towards me, pushing her buggy into my hip (hard). But nowadays people are crazy, but that’s not really my problem. The workers/management did nothing! To de-escalate the situation, prior to her pushing her buggy into me. No one asked her to leave, nor apologized to me for technically being assaulted. I know all checkouts are video monitored, so I hope someone of authority watches it, and train your employees on what to do in situations such as this.

Desired outcome: I would like a written or emailed apology from Food Lion employees on site during this altercation for not coming to my aid in a timely manner. This is bad customer service.
