I have tried a lot of ways to reach you with respect to my complaint. I cannot reach anyone responsible on your telephone lines. Here is a copy of the email I sent to Mr. CJ Harley after talking to him. I never received an answer from him and he won't tell me whom else I could contact. he said he forwarded my complaint to the Regional Office. Please let me know if you want any more info.

Thank you for your prompt response in this matter.
I purchased the mattress from you. I ended up with excruciating discomfort with backache, body ache, feeling suffocated. I went after a tenant, who is a smoker, but never smoked inside home. I thought I was not able to breathe because she may be smoking something. I tried to sleep on living room couch and I felt I could breathe.
One day my body was badly swollen to the extent that I could not open my eyes. Once I splashed water and helped them open, the swelling was very bad. I called 911 and ended up at Emergency Room.
It all started happening since I had bought this mattress, so I visited the store again. I told Robert Cooney that the mattress was sagging in the middle and won't take its original flat shape. He told me that I could still exchange it. I decided to exchange it for an ordinary foam mattress. Why pay so much and suffer!
It took me about 2 weeks to start recovering. The swelling kept spreading in my entire body as I was still sleeping on the same mattress. Any day I would sleep on the couch, I would feel like I could breathe, but that was not a good solution with tenants around.
When your drivers came to my home to deliver the mattress, they said that the installation was bad. 2 middle legs were not installed. They were lying under the bed still wrapped in the original plastic covers. They installed them and the mattress looked normal.
The least I would expect is for you to pay my medical bills, the more I can think of is hiring an attorney.
I have ordered a copy of ambulance and hospital bills and I will forward them to you as soon as I receive them.
Meanwhile Robert Cooney kept telling me that a refund was on way still. So I decided that if I get refund for my mattress, I won't pursue the matter, but nothing happened and Cooney was not reachable either.
