While with my family in the local store a drill in its case fell from the top of a storage shelf inches from hitting myself and child. A store employee was willing to help and talk with the manager that was on that particular shift that day but after talking with the manager he/she then sent that employee back to appologize. I never saw the manager or did she/he show any concern about the issue. I feel that the manager should have a least physically made an appearance to address my concern. Items should be stored appropriately to assure the safety of the customer.
