Received today’s order and were charged for three items we didn’t order and the charges show on the receipt - the shopper was also filling multiple orders at the time - we didn’t know if it was just an error but the items obviously belonged to another customer - we used instacart and couldn’t get any help trying to resolve the issue and get a refund -
