I was suspended in November 2023 for allegedly calling a client a racist name, when I went in to talk to the investigator The first Thing he said to me Was do you know why you're here and when I responded no He told me and I started to say I did Not call anyone Any racist name His response was you did it, you know you did it. And when I tried to explain to him that I did not say that I explained to him what happened that day Which was the client threw a glass bottle at me Hit me in the head He said well Maybe you said it when she threw it. And I said to him. I did not remember saying anything like that.

And then he said. That it happened again and I supposedly said itagain on a different day and I explained to him no. I didn't and I explained to him. What happened that day Which was I came in to work I barely got into the door and the same client was throwing metal Pot's and pans, a metal electric can opener. Hit me again. I had 2 other staff that was in the house that did not help whatsoever. And I had to run outside to keep myself safe. these two other Employees did not like me. And when I cried out for help, they just ignored it and did not help me. I got my knee busted up that day and then all of a sudden. I'm getting suspended and then terminated.

And and then got told I couldn't cash out any of the PTO that I had from Working there for over a year and a 1/2 going above and beyond sometimes working double and triple shifts Because of being understaffed. And there was many times that I went and tried to get help for what this client was doing targeting me and I did not get any help whatsoever..
