On Thursday Nov 16, 2023 I made first contact with person a Rec Pro by phone (Mindy) I believe concerning a converter for my R.V. It was quite early 8am-9am. At that time I was quoted 9 dollars for express pulling out of warehouse and 188.00 dollars for overnight fed ex service. No guarantee that delivery because fed ex does not deliver on Sat. But didnot place order wanting to confer with my mate on shipping rate. This was a lot of money but needed the converter. No heat, no refer etc in my R.V. After all said and done I did not place order till approximately between 2-3 pm pacific time. Being that rec pro is located in Indiana. Paid for express warehouse service 9.00dollars and 144.00 dollars for express fed ex shipping. Was told a invoice would be produced and E-mailed with tracking number and confirmation. Friday, Sat, Sun, Mon. Finally a confirmation a label had been created for my order but was still at Rec Pro. Finally Mon. night Tues. morning the package was a shipping location but not fed ex but usps yes snail mail. Not even express Another 7 days before maybe seeing my item. Which was offered free with my purchase in the first place
