Gallagher Bassett Services

In December of 2018 I sustained damages due to negligent behavior from Gallagher bassett insurance McDonalds in Boston Massachusetts . I wed every step to work with the insured and adjuster to settle my claim. After phone calls, detailed accounts of the incident as well as photo evidence my claim was denied unfairly. I plan to appeal my claim denial and seek legal remedies if possible. I would like to my complaint to reach the highest level possible with Gallagher bassett as I was treated unfairly with regards to my claim settlement. My claim # is [protected] GD 01.
