Today at 9400 S Western Oak Lawn Illinois I was shopping. 2 customs were arguing. They were about 3-4 managers just standing looking. The 2 ladies starting to fight. Then a manager came out from customer service to see what the problem was and one lady hit the manager. That's when the police was called. The police should have been called buy the other managers that was just standing around before the ladies ever started to fight. Is this the customer service that we get for our safety in the Store while we are shopping?
