Menards

First I want to say that I'm building a new house and I have spent well over $100, 000.00 in this store. My complaint is the flooring that I bought for my bathrooms and kitchen was defective. I returned that floor after knocking myself out trying to get it to lock down in place. The store gave me a in store credit check for $500.00. On May 8th 2021, I took that check and bought a different color and different type of plank. I fought 2 months with it.. I called a professional carpet and flooring installer thinking that I was doing something wrong he informed me that I was doing everything right but the flooring locking system was defective AGAIN! I made another trip to my local menards store and returned the flooring the second time.. I ask for my money back But I was told I could only have in store credit. I don't want in store credit I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I'm not shopping menards anymore.. I went to Lowe's and purchased new flooring and will continue to do my business there.. I am also making a complaint with BBB. I have all documented paperwork and receipts.
