XSport Fitness

I joined Xsport fitness a few months ago. However, I was not able to use my membership as many reasons which I told the manager at the Downers Grove IL center. I had gotten into a car accident, which I received an concussion, also my work schedule has been crazy. I totally understand that this was my decision not to come workout. So that is why I came to cancel my membership. I was not looking for any kind of reimbursement of my money for those months. However, when I went into cancel I went in 5 days after my next payment. I asked to cancel my membership and which he did, however I was not on a contract so why was I charged a fee? Then I was told I could not work out for the rest of the month of what I already paid. I truly believe I should be allowed that opportunity since I paid for it. If you're not allowing me to do that then I should be refunded for the days that I'm not allowed. Plus the manager at that store kept pushing me to buy another membership when I repeatly told him no. He seemed upset at my no as well. I find that highly unprofessional. I'm requesting that I receive the rest of my money back for the month or be allowed to work out on my choosing since again I paid for it.
