Menards

I ordered a washing machine to be delivered on 9/21/21.
(Order # 22870) With the removal of my old washer. (22873)
I told them when I bought it that there would be stairs. They said no problem.
When George the delivery man got here he looked at my stairs and refused to remove the old washer. He complained about the stairs and went on about hurting his back and having to use straps. blah blah blah... But they could bring in the new washer on those same stairs.
So I told him to just take the new machine and leave.
I did go get my money back.
I also went and got a washing machine from somewhere else.
The 2 men used a dolly and had the old one out and new one put in, in less then half an hour. (5 minutes to remove the old one.)
Just want you to know what a lazy delivery man you have. And I have spent a lot of money at Menards. But not any more. He lost you a good customer.
