Panda Express

My daughter just called me hysterically crying. She is single mother with 3 children and took her kids to the Panda Express located at 7804 Overland Dr, Boise, ID. Her kids had saved up their allowance and wanted to go to Panda and treat themselves to dinner. My daughter ordered several of the specials and my grandkids had the codes along with their own money. The General Manager, Carolyn was extremely rude and very disrespectful to my daughter and her children that witnessed the whole thing. My daughter said she had humiliated her in front of a whole line of customers in the store and there was no need to act that way! The General Manager, Carolyn told my daughter that she "was a hassle" and then kicked her out of the store. They left empty handed and did not get their dinner. I have never heard my daughter so upset and humiliated in my life and it absolutely broke my heart!

This type of behavior should never be tolerated from anyone, especially to customers and I hope the General Manager, Carolyn of this restaurant is reprimanded for her actions!
