A Menards employee called my 5 year old son a SPIC!
As we have recently purchased a home, my husband and I have spent a lot of time and money at our local home improvements store, Menards.
Recently, I ordered custom window blinds. When I went to pick up the order, they were not ready. Second time, they were not ready. The third time, they indicated they could not verify my order, despite that I had the receipt in my hand. Given their overt mistakes, I asked the man at the service desk to ship the order to me once they got their act together. He then said that they wouldn't ship the order and then said "You and your SPIC son can just get in the car and come back to pick up your order". I was flabbergasted that Menards would allow that type of behavior. I called the manager, but he has yet to return my call. When I googled this, I found all sorts of activity like this for Menards I for one, will not be shopping at this biggotrous organization any longer. Thought others should know...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
You call them a biggotrous organization based on the actions of one employee. What heppened when you wrote a letter to corporate headquarters? What about the BBB? If you dont make sure it gets reported to the right people, you are just making sure others have the same experience.
