Southern Roofing and Insulation Company - Chimney flashing leaking
Southern Roofing replaced my roof and chimney flashing in 2018. Shortly after completing the job there was a major leak at the chimney flashing. They finally fixed the leak and replaced dry wall in the house that was wet from the leak. During a rain shower last week (Friday 8/14/20) we noticed water dripping in the fire place from the same place where the leak was before. I immediately called and left a message with the answering service, then again on Monday and have not heard back from Bob Stevens, JR. I called today, 8/21/20 and no one answered his extension nor was I given a chance to leave a message. This type of service is not acceptable. I expect the flashing they did around the chimney to last as long as the previous flashing did, approximately 25 years. I will pursue other methods to get this resolved and never recommend this company to anyone needing a roof. I guess they do not stand behind their work.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
