Dollar General

I purchased the 16 count blueberry and strawberry pop tarts at the dollar general on noble ave in williston, fl. I opened a package only to find it burnt and what looks like mold. There were several like this. I am not sure what is wrong with them but for safety reasons I refused to allow my children to eat them.
