On june 23rd 2022 I ap went to wendys to purchase food but first I had to use the restroom to relieve myself, I started to order my food from one of the black manaages and and stated I had to go to the bathroom first, the manager stated to me I have to purchase something first in order to use the bathroom, I stated to her I had a handicap with my bowels and hade to use the bathroom first, she stated her company custom was you have to purchase something first, I informed her that was against interstate commerce laws, I was going to purchase food but changed my mind because of wendys policys, so I walked out the door but decided to come back to make sure I heard right from the manages. I came back this time I recorder the conversation with my cell phone, where the manageragain stated you have to pay before use of resturaunt facilitys, I then deficated on myself outside trying toget to another resturaunt because of my handicap as a result and approximate cause of wendys policy
