I walked in Citi Trends today April 18th 2019 approximately about 7 p.m. and realize the store temperature was extremely hot I was very uncomfortable during my shopping process and was tempted to walk out of the store but I went ahead to proceed in purchase my items while in the store I sweated excessively due to the extreme heat from my understanding from the employees they have had an issue with the air conditioning unit for a while no one should have to experience that neither the customer nor the employee someone needs to get out and fix this as soon as possible the employee was very courteous and I felt really bad for her and I'm reaching out to you so that you guys can address the situation you can contact me directly at [protected] or mail me a response at 315 West Concord Street Apartment 524 Orlando Florida 32801 thanks in advance for your response sincerely dissatisfied consumer
