I had rented a car, Mitsubishi asx with alamo.
I lost the keys, as it was stolen by a lady when seen in cc footage.
I was new to melbourne, and since the lady who took my key might steal the car, I had to stay looking after car in such chilly weather.
They said they were closed at 9 pm so I had nonwhere to tow it.
After that they said, I will have to tow it on my own expense and then pay $1100.
I had to return Perth and was having such hard time in new city, I decided to pay and finish things up.
I towed the car to their wash area as asked to.
I paid full amount. But even after returning, They are charging me $75 & $94 saying it's the charge for they are not being able to rent car because I lost the key and they haven't yet received spare key from their head office, sydney.
They are taking money off my credit card without any description, everytime when I ask them, they say it's policy and I have to pay because I lost their key.
But I hav already paid them$1100.
Why dont they just change the key and give me my stuffs back from locked car. It's already been 4 days.
I dont know how long are they going to charge me more. I am so pissed off.
Everytime I call them, they make me feel so guilty.
