Beware they add items on that the doctors never performed to get additional revenue. I called and and was told it was a coding issue for a $12.00 charge. Then I get another bill stating Medicare and Florida Blue didn't cover a standard office visit and billed additional 25.41 plus the 12.00 from the wrong coding.

Either they are totally incompetent and/or commenting insurance fraud. my guess is both.

Beware before doing business with them, I now understand why my Doctor left this practice.
