On 4/5 my 85 yr old Mom was admitted outpatient for a TKA. She had a lengthy stay because she got CDiff then a UTI that went septic from sitting poop constantly. She was discharged to home with no support no rehab offered with pneumonia. Centura’s patient advocacy will not follow up. She had to be transferred via ambulance her second night home to stabilize her pneumonia. She hasn’t gotten whole lot better she presents with 101.7 febrile temp almost 2 months out from the original surgery today. My adult disabled sister requires placement now as my mom won’t be able to oversee ever again. Seems filing complaints and obtaining legal counsel is our only choice now. As Centura’s lack luster couldn’t hit a standard of care organization has absolutely ruined our family and refuses to respond
