La-Z-Boy

I begin my search for a recliner, saying I had to have a power pack as I had no outlet where it would be located.
The chair was delivered with no power pack. I called and was told I never requested it and it's an additional charge; I said I didn't feel I should be charged, as I told them up front I had to have it.
The store manager (San Marcos, CA) offered it for 1/2 price. I agreed, and asked to have it delivered; she said she would meet me at a shopping center.
I agreed and told her I was going to register a poor review of her because of her poor attitude ; she yelled at me that I could just come get it myself then.
She later committed to meeting me, but that was nearly a week ago and I have not heard from her yet.
The chair is great, the store manager should not be dealing with customers.
