Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Never go to this place! If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. I used to be a satisfied customer when armand was working there. Now that he's gone, this place is just the worst! I told the lady that did my hair I wanted my roots touched up to look like my grown out balayage. Instead, she didn't do what I asked and what you can clearly see what needed to be retouched up. She just "colored" it and when it came time to see what she did, you couldn't tell she did anything! I even told her that you can't even tell she did anything. She told me that it's light and you can see it in the sun. She also said that i'd have to come in 2-3 times to get it to the color I wanted because I have dark asian hair. I told her that it only took once with armand and I got the results I wanted. She then told me that the bleach in my hair is not good and damaged my hair and just laughs. I couldn't believe it! So I tell her she didn't do what I wanted and then proceeds to tell me that my hair looks bad? I didn't want to make a scene so I still paid and tipped her even though I was completely angry and wanted to walk out without paying a dime! I'm a very patient and understanding person. I'm not one to complain ever! I'll never come back and I am telling you not to come here. Go somewhere else! They completely ripped me off! I want a full refund!
