-I asked the cashier to get something behind the register, he was the only available cashier at the time
- I noticed 5 people waiting in line, and waiting for us, so I felt bad about holding them up and said he should probably ask for some backup. There were 2 employees nearby
- He ignored me. I thought maybe he did not hear me, so I said it again, he still did nothing and said nothing
-He rang me out, all while all these same people in line were just staring in disbelief, he still did not ask for help
-It seemed that his ego took over, and rather than do his job and help the customers, it was more important to show me that "he runs the place"
This was at about 5:40 pm on 2/6, in the middle of rush hour traffic. This place needs some better management if they think that 1 person will do on one of the most major, busiest roads in Tucson during rush hour. You know, we have a full day of actually responding to our customers and we would like to get home to our families, and we don't want to wait 15 min in line for some guy to flex his ego. If I want long lines, crummy customer service, and bad attitudes, then I'll go to Circle K.
Desired outcome: Better management. I won't be going to this store again.
