This guy is now running a fake/ fraud/scam company by the name of upsideclientsolutions.com, binaryfolder.com This company claims to provide merchant services to any merchant. They exactly run a huge scam in the background with a company like instabill.com . They allow merchants to process credit cards through their services and never send out the payouts. They have some tie ups with bank in china, turkey etc to process the cards. They did a million dollar fraud with many companies including most of the usa and international companies. This guy doesn't even know to speak English properly and works with bunch of fake people out there.

that's true, even i have not been since last 3 months, just one answer this is short of 2000 usd charge more and if you will ask they will never send you reports
Hello everyone... don't go with this company upside client solutions... they are typical fraud and scammersss so don't send your applications to them. The reason why I am awaring you guys about them because we are a victim of their scam now... we worked with them for almost 3 months and earned thousands of $$$$$ but they did not provide us any payout. Even they will keep you in hope daily that they are just sending you your money.. but never do. Sometimes they will send you fake wire details and keep wasting weeks and even months. Finally when you get aware about their INTENTION to not sending you any single $ then you stop working with them find that you have lots of money with them there. And it is not enough... they charged your approved customers again n again... and for some other cosmetic services and Islamic relief fund too. When the customers see their descriptor name CS8885535525 they complaint us and let us knew about it.
They even don't have money to give salaries to their staff and they eat one time
in a day to servive. They have not provided salaries to their staff since months. I discussed all the things with their staff and got the fact. That's why they stop merchant payments. You know we fight them daily the whole day but they don't release our payout. And even don't refund customers money.
Their account head Michelle is very shameless, lier and fraud lady, their boss Jim is very unpowerful, not able to be like boss there, their programmer Mr. Sagar - he say himself the 50% owner of binary folder but very lier and ###tt person, he even think himself a great programmer and his crm the world most perfect crm but we only know how bad that works and which type of Candy programmer he is.. Their order confirmation team, BJ, Julie, Helena are very unprofessinal, irresponsible, arrogant staff there. They all thing like boss there. BJ will fight with you on every sale update. Working with them is like going in hell. Once they do fraud with merchant they even never reply.
But we started sending emails and calls to our customers letting them know about their fraud with us and to return customers money from them we request customers to ask for a forceful charge-back.
Hope this will aware you guys, merchants & resellers both. And resellers please don't place merchants with this Upside Client Solutions / Binary Folder company.

We are using there service for two month we done more than 5000usd sale but they never sent me the payout now my every customer they are geting fraud charged by some cosmetic compay in china.

That isn't the correct Jim in the mugshot, and the real Jim knows how to speak English perfectly. Upside Client Solutions pays their merchants when the merchant in question doesn't have a high charge-back percentage. However, when PC companies are saying that they are Microsoft (FRAUD), and the customers are being charged falsely, then the account is under review.
