I purchased a ticket thru Uplift, Inc on a monthly payment plan. The plan was set up on auto-pay in the amount of approximately 32.00 per month for 6 months on my debit card that had an expiration date of July 2022. The last payment to Uplift was scheduled for August 2022. When they attempted to charge my card for the last payment, the payment was declined due to the card being expired, which I was unaware of.

I received no notice of a failed payment from Uplift, Inc.
Attempts were made over a 30 day period to charge the card, but were unsuccessful due to my debit card being expired. Uplift, Inc then reported me to Equifax for being 30 days past due which caused my credit score to drop -66 points from a high of 734 points after which I immediately went online to make the final payment of 32.00

I called Uplift, Inc and explained what happened and they said I was 30 days past due and the law was on their side. This has hurt my credit score tremendously, where I have maintained a 100 % pay history for several years.

Desired outcome: I would like for Uplift, Inc. to remove the 30-day past due reporting and report that my account was satisfied with no late payment.
