Universal Music Group review: Sales

Your Nashville, Tn. store are messing people over! They are passing off knockoff necklaces as original Conan Gray "found heaven " and apparently selling them on e-bay for an exaggerated price! I also ordered a signed album before it became out of stock and now they are telling me it is out of stock! It was paid for a month in advance! Is this how you do business?! This needs to come out in the open through the news media and your state Government as well as mine will be contacted! If anyone else experienced this sort of BS we need to get together and file a class action suit for malicious business practice!
