An old friend of mine put my name down as a reference for a loan or credit from this company, I am not even sure because I was unaware of the fact. We no longer keep in contact, but I continue to receive calls from "Tammy" at UAC. I finally got tired of being harassed and decided to call the number back after numerous messgaes had been left on my voicemail. I was able to talk directly to "Tammy." She was very rude and obviously had caller ID because I didn't have to say who I was and she told me that I would have to contact my old friend (which she called by name, hence the caller ID assumption) and ask her to remove me as a reference. I continuously let her know that I did not have her number and that I was not a reference. I asked what the use would be to continue and harass me with no progress being made on the part of UAC. She continued to argue and finally said "Have a nice day" and hung the phone up in my face.

I have no business with this company and never will, thanks to "Tammy." I look forward to filing a formal complaint during regular business hours. I sure hate it for the individuals who make the mistake of choosing UAC for business purposes because this company does not deal with customers professionally...and I am not even a customer. I would absolutely hate to see how an actual customer is treated. So sad...
