Terrible customer service. They mantained pool after they purchased previous company pool I hired. My pool did not get serviced correctly and got foggy and green. Their answers are, it is what it is and there is no one else you can speak with. Deal with it and pay your service.
It cost me 3 full days of my pump running non-stop + hiring another company to get my pool to it's original state.

Worst pool service ever! They subcontract there work out. They use Bora Bora pools . My pool had algae growing on it.
